Pushing the limits! Crystal R. Emery is a producer, author and filmmaker who creates socially-conscious storytelling on a variety of platforms that celebrate the triumph of the human spirit, a cause close to her heart as a quadriplegic who works to ensure that physical limitations don’t define her potential. She is the founder and CEO of URU The Right To Be, a member of the Producers’ Guild of America, New York Women in Film and Television. Crystal saw that people of color, women, and people with disabilities are underrepresented in STEM and beyond, she aims to utilizes multimedia to tell a story and change the narrative. She recently created a VR game "You Can't Be What You Can't See" where you can try a profession you may never have tried before. She wants people to know the unlimited possibilities that are out there for them.
