She is a data-driven researcher with a passion for storytelling with numbers. As an advocate for #STEMeducation, Kay hopes to empower current innovators and inspire the next generation of pioneers.

Kay recently joined our CEO Nicole Small to speak with Bloomberg about representation of #WomeninSTEM!⁠ She notes that while she is lucky to have both her mom and sister in #STEM, she recognizes not all girls have that example in their life. However, she's excited to help change that.
