Dr. Julie Mirpuri is here to help. Physician-Scientist neonatologist working with UT Southwestern Medical Center. She works in the neonatal intensive care unit treating sick babies and also works in the lab trying to find new ways to treat diseases by researching microbione development. While she grew up in a societal environment that did not encourage her towards STEM, her family supported her to reach her dreams!
