Dr. Siobahn Day Grady is a Professor of Information Science at North Carolina Central University, as well as the first woman to graduate North Carolina A&T's computer doctoral program. Always an advocate for black women in the scientific field, she has contributed to a myriad of organizations such as FIRST North Carolina, Girl Scouts of America, and Black Girls Code, a program that introduces STEM skills to African American girls. Beyond being a rock star for all things computer science, Day is also an entrepreneur, having founded Dreams Creative Group, an art-oriented company that provides web and graphic design solutions to individuals and institutions.
